Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care in clients' homes with respect and compassion, supporting safe movement, meals, hydration, medication reminders, and a clean, safe living environment. Must be dependable, flexible to daytime/evening/weekend shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Training available toward CNA/HCA certification; opportunities for advancement and a patient-centered role focused on helping clients maintain independence and stay connected in the community.
