Job Summary
Personal Care Aide sought to improve quality of life for seniors and people with disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, companionship, and providing a safe living environment. Must be patient, reliable, and compassionate; requires valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screen. Lifting heavy objects capability and strong health/safety awareness are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
