Job Summary
Personal Care Aide – provide hands-on daily living support including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, safe transfers, mobility assistance with walkers or wheelchairs, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, fall-prevention checks, medication cueing for supervising nurses, meaningful companionship, and escorted outings. Requires compassionate, dependable care with strong communication and respect for client dignity and confidentiality; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel within the service area; training available through CHHA program; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Flexible daytime, evening, or weekend blocks available in a home-care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within service area.
- If you're not certified, we can help you become certified through our CHHA school program.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all infection-control and safety protocols.
