Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, transfers, and safe mobility; support ambulation with walker/wheelchair, assist with routine range-of-motion activities; plan and prepare simple meals, monitor hydration; perform light housekeeping and laundry, conduct fall-prevention checks; cue and track medications for the supervising nurse; offer meaningful companionship and accompany clients on outings; drive or accompany to appointments and community activities; travel within service area; lift up to 50 lbs; adhere to infection-control and safety protocols; willingness to travel within service area; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; training pathway toward CNA/HHA certification; valued as a caring, dependable partner in helping clients live safely and independently at home.
