Job Summary
Provide essential personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes. Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene; offer companionship and emotional support; help with meal preparation and light housekeeping; remind about medications; assist with mobility and transfers; escort to medical appointments and errands; monitor health or behavior and report changes to a supervisor; maintain accurate care logs and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Caregiver preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
