Job Summary
Supervise and monitor safety for an adult client with special needs while providing daily personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence management. Prepare meals and assist with feeding, alongside light housekeeping tasks and support with daily living routines. Ensure client safety and promote independence within the home environment. This role partners with Community Long Term Care and the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs to serve eligible clients across South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to assist an adult with special needs
- Valid driver's license and insured transportation
