Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance to clients in home settings, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene; dressing and toileting support; mobility, ambulation and transfer assistance; meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed; medication reminders; companion care and meaningful conversation; emotional support and companionship; participation in activities and community outings; observation and reporting of changes in client condition; household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and errands; meal planning and preparation. Must have excellent communication skills and be reliable, compassionate, and professional. Preferred experience as a Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA; CPR/First Aid certification; experience with seniors and dementia.
