Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to seniors living safely at home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation. Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises while ensuring a safe environment with unobstructed pathways. Offer companionship through activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies. Remind clients of medication, document conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns. Maintain a valid Wisconsin driver's license and auto insurance for transportation.
Required Qualifications
- CNA License or HHA Certificate
- CPR certification
- Valid WI driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
