Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to seniors living at home, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and companionship. Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises while ensuring a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways. Offer medication reminders, document client conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns. Participate in joy-bringing activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies. Maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance for transportation. Set your own schedule to enjoy work-life balance while earning $19-$22 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- CPR certification
- Valid IN driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate and helping nature
- Good communicator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
