Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to seniors living safely at home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and companionship. Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises while ensuring a safe environment with unobstructed pathways. Document client conditions, provide medication reminders, and notify supervisors of concerns. Participate in activities such as puzzles, games, and reading to bring joy to clients. Maintain a compassionate, helping nature and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Set your own schedule to enjoy work-life balance while earning $19–$22 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- CPR certification
- Valid IN driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate and helping nature
- Good communicator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
