Job Summary
Perform routine, transactional, and operational client support tasks while delivering detailed and accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines. Meet a diverse audience to provide exceptional service, assist other departments as needed, and build rapport with clients and associates. Execute sales and service goals alongside managing cash handling, calculating figures, and operating multiple computer systems. Work at a steady, even pace with clear direction and established processes, maintaining guidelines and structure while treating others with respect.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Must complete a criminal history report
- Must complete a global screen
- Must complete a drug screen
- Must complete an employment credit report
- Must complete a driving record (if applicable)
- Must be able to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead
- Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
