Job Summary
Deliver detailed and accurate work by performing routine, transactional, operational, and client support tasks while adhering to specific guidelines. Provide support and service to a diverse audience in an environment free from competition, working as an individual contributor with clear direction and established processes. Assist other departments as needed, build rapport with clients and associates, and work toward individual and banking center-specific sales and service goals. Maintain guidelines, structure, and established policies while handling multiple tasks simultaneously using various computer and software systems. This role offers training and coaching throughout onboarding with opportunities for advancement. Candidates may need to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%) and must complete a criminal history report, global screen, drug screen, and employment credit report prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Must complete a criminal history report
- Must complete a global screen
- Must complete a drug screen
- Must complete an employment credit report
- Must complete a driving record (if applicable)
- Must be able to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead
- Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
