Job Summary
The Role: Relationship Banker I focused on building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service, and introducing clients to new banking products, services, and digital solutions. You will engage with a diverse client base, develop relationships with business partners and clients, and demonstrate knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options while supporting other departments as needed. Training and coaching are provided during onboarding, with opportunities for advancement as you demonstrate success.
