Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with business partners and clients while introducing them to new products, services, and digital solutions. Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options to provide a broad base of financial and credit services. Utilize tablets, smartphones, and laptops to deliver exceptional client service to a diverse audience. Assist other departments as needed while treating all individuals with respect and consideration. This role offers training and coaching throughout onboarding with opportunities for advancement. Eligible for a scorecard-based incentive plan with quarterly earnings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead
- Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%)
- Must be able to work flexible scheduling as business needs allow
- Must be able to complete a criminal history report
- Must be able to complete a global screen
- Must be able to complete a drug screen
- Must be able to complete an employment credit report
- Must be able to complete a driving record (if applicable)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
