Job Summary
Provide detailed, accurate transactional and operational support to a diverse client audience while adhering to established banking policies and guidelines. Execute routine teller tasks including cash handling, account servicing, and client education on digital technologies, while actively assisting other departments as needed. Work independently at a steady pace to meet individual and center-specific sales and service goals, maintaining strong rapport with clients and associates. Requires 6+ months of demonstrated cash handling experience, bilingual skills, and the ability to calculate figures accurately. Flexible scheduling allows for overtime up to 5% as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Must complete a criminal history report
- Must complete a global screen
- Must complete a drug screen
- Must complete an employment credit report
- Must complete a driving record (if applicable)
- Must be able to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead
- Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful cash handling experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
