Job Summary
Manage client relationships and support banking functions including customer transactions, loan processing, credit analysis, and overdraft handling while ensuring full compliance with CIP and BSA/AML regulations. Handle financial transactions, fraud detection, and customer dispute resolution while cross-selling banking products. Work onsite in Orlando, Florida, with a requirement for an Associate's degree in Business and four years of retail banking experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business (Finance or Accounting)
- 4+ years of banking experience required, directly related to servicing customers in retail banking branch operations
- Ability to understand and implement job related policies and procedures
- Knowledgeable of internal bank operations (wire transfers, debits/credits and loan payments) and of banking products to cross-sell
- Ability to handle financial transactions, fraud detection, and customer dispute resolution
- Experience working in a team (sales and service), and high-quality service advocacy
- Knowledge of the completion of KYC
- Comprehension of banking laws and applicable compliance regulations
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Software, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Teams)

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Business, Finance preferred) with two (2) years of banking experience, directly related to servicing customers in retail banking branch operations
