Personal Banking Associate Trainee

Job Summary
Provide customer service and guidance on TD Canada Trust banking solutions; engage customers with day-to-day transactions and advisory needs, refer to appropriate staff for complex queries, and support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions. Educate customers on digital banking (mobile, ATM, online banking) and help build confidence in emerging banking trends. Participate in the training program with mobility within the assigned district, including potential geographic relocation to align with program progression. Role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and contributing to operational excellence while developing in a client-facing banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- IFC or equivalent post-appointment within 6 months
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
- Self-starter with strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Strong communicator with customer experience skills
- Mobility within the assigned district
