Job Summary
TD Canada Trust branch role focused on building and maintaining customer relationships through frontline banking transactions, advisory support, and guiding customers to appropriate staff for solutions. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
- A self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
