Job Summary
Greet and engage customers in lobby leadership, advising on everyday banking products, digital trends, and personal unsecured lending while training clients on mobile and online platforms. Act as the primary point of contact for customer problems, escalating concerns appropriately and maintaining a professional branch environment. Contribute to business objectives by identifying referral opportunities, ensuring accurate transaction documentation, and adhering to regulatory guidelines and the Bank Code of Conduct. Support the team through knowledge transfer, process improvement, and timely communication of project status within the branch.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of relevant experience
