Job Summary

Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution. Guide clients to appropriate staff for banking solutions while educating them on mobile and online banking tools. Support frontline operations by processing cash and non-cash transactions, resolving critical issues, and reporting non-standard matters. Recommend improvements to work practices and branch processes to enhance customer experience and operational excellence. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations and the Code of Conduct. Participate in timely business process completion and promote team effectiveness through performance development and knowledge sharing. This role involves a 37.5-hour schedule with mobility requirements within the assigned district.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Proficiency in branch software
  • Proficiency in internet
  • Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
  • Self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment
