Job Summary
Provide Personal Banking Associate duties at the Greenwood-based Countybank financial center: perform routine teller and desk transactions accurately and efficiently, advise customers on financial solutions, proactively support bank initiatives, and refer opportunities to teammates while maintaining compliance with banking policies and regulations. Requires strong customer service, effective communication, cash handling, and the ability to work onsite with some Saturday hours; high school diploma required with a bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience, including handling cash
- High school diploma required
- Proficient computer navigation skills
