Job Summary
Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, and digital education while resolving critical banking issues and promoting emerging digital trends. Guide clients to appropriate staff members for financial queries, including new accounts and investment advice, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. Support frontline operations by handling scheduled cash and non-cash transactions, reporting non-standard matters, and recommending process improvements to enhance customer experience. Maintain a positive work environment through team collaboration and performance development.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – within 90 days of start date
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
- Self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment through strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Dynamic, diligent, and effective influencer with can-do attitude to exercise initiative and handle several tasks and changing priorities
- Strong communicator with established customer experience skills who can effectively connect, both verbally and in writing, with customers and related teams in a courteous, and effective manner
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
