Job Summary
Rotational onboarding program to become Retail Personal Banker II; sales-focused banking role that builds relationships with customers, cross-sells deposits/loans and promotes fee-based services, while leveraging consultative sales and financial needs assessments. Responsible for recommending solutions using bank products, referring customers to partnerships (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment), maintaining confidentiality, adhering to policies, and contributing to risk management and a positive customer experience. Requires professional representation of Fifth Third Bank, ability to travel for training, and compliance with the bank's Code of Conduct and ethics.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment
- NMLS MU4R questions and registration
- Ability to travel within the affiliate and for training
