Job Summary
Proactively probe member needs at every interaction to uncover opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products. Deliver a full range of services including transaction posting, cash management, and balancing while adhering to security and risk procedures. Meet sales targets by providing education and advice on basic transactional banking, investments, and credit solutions. Identify high-value members for referral to senior bankers and actively participate in branch meetings, huddles, and community initiatives. Maintain compliance with anti-money laundering guidelines and complete personal development plans to drive engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary education
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales industry
- Equivalent experience to the 2 years sales requirement
