Job Summary
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will engage customers in banking solutions, guide them to appropriate staff for financial queries, and support frontline staff with transactions. This role involves educating customers about digital banking trends and ensuring compliance with regulations. Essential skills include strong communication, customer experience, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. A High School diploma and relevant experience are required, along with the ability to obtain Investment Funds Canada certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
