Job Summary
Personal Banking Associate Trainee at TD Canada Trust in Woodbridge, Ontario. In this role you will engage customers in day-to-day banking needs, process transactions, and guide customers to the appropriate staff for resolving financial queries, including new accounts and banking solutions. You will educate customers on digital banking trends (mobile, ATM, online banking), support frontline operations with scheduled transactions, and contribute to branch operations and customer experience. The role emphasizes building customer relationships, identifying opportunities to promote products and services, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to be mobile within the assigned district. A post-secondary degree is preferred, and the position may require geographic mobility within the region.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
- IFC or equivalent post-appointment within 6 months
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Mobility within Assigned District
