Job Summary
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will engage customers with day-to-day banking advice, guide them to appropriate contacts for their financial needs, and educate them on digital banking solutions. Responsibilities include handling customer transactions, resolving issues, and supporting frontline staff. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and relevant experience, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. A preferred degree in a related field will enhance your candidacy.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
