Job Summary
Personal Banking Associate in Lloydminster (AB, Canada) providing exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Responsible for identifying customer needs, delivering financial guidance and investment-advice within a branch setting, guiding clients to banking channels and digital/self-serve options, and collaborating with branch partners to grow the customer relationship. Performs needs-based client conversations, refers opportunities across channels, supports risk/compliance and privacy requirements, and contributes to branch goals and overall customer experience. Role may involve working across branches or channels, with a schedule that may vary by week. Prioritize personalized service, referrals, and a proactive approach to meet everyday banking and credit card needs, while maintaining strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Qualification includes 1–2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent) and, in Canada, registration to sell investment products (completed or in progress within 12 months). Salary is salaried with potential commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience
- Basic specialized knowledge

Desired Qualifications
