Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects by welcoming them into the branch lobby and guiding them through digital and self-serve options. Identifies customer needs to provide advice on financial solutions, credit cards, and investment products while collaborating with partners to grow relationships. Reviews customer profiles to address everyday banking plans and recommends alternative channels. Supports operational activities including inventory management, filing, and escalated service requests. Probes to understand personal banking needs, integrates marketing promotions, and reports suspicious activity related to money laundering. Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintains current knowledge of the financial marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Canada only

Desired Qualifications
- Certification in related field of study
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles

- A focus on results and the ability to thrive in a consultative sales and team-based environment
- Resourceful self-starter with courage and confidence to approach customers
- Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
