Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects in a branch setting, identifies customer needs, and provides guidance on financial solutions aligned with customers’ best interests. Leverages collaboration with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow the customer relationship beyond personal banking. Guides customers as they enter the branch and through digital/self-serve options to make banking easy and efficient, and conducts client conversations about banking services to offer alternatives and investment advice. Engages in needs-based conversations to address everyday banking plans and credit card needs, contributes to branch business results and customer experience, and supports operational activities and risk/compliance processes. May work at multiple branches or channels based on market needs, with schedule variability. Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred; strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills are valued for a collaborative, team-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
