Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by welcoming guests into the branch lobby, guiding them through digital and self-serve options, and conducting client conversations to recommend alternative banking channels. Identifies customer needs and provides advice on financial solutions, credit card requirements, and investment products while integrating marketing promotions into these discussions. Reviews customer profiles to address everyday banking plans and contributes to meeting branch business results and overall customer experience. Supports operational activities including inventory management, filing, and following up on customer applications while adhering to risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Canada only
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles
- Drive to deliver a personal customer experience
- Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions
