Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects in the branch by identifying customer needs and guiding them to financial solutions. Collaborate with branch and partners to enhance the customer experience, drive referrals, and promote digital/self-serve options. Conduct client conversations about banking services and investment advice, support risk and compliance processes, and contribute to branch and market outcomes. Maintain knowledge of personal banking products and trends, engage in needs-based discussions to address everyday banking and credit card needs, and adapt to varying schedules and multi-branch assignments. Emphasize a personal, consultative approach to building relationships and improving the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or certification in related field desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months) - as appropriate for the jurisdiction
