Job Summary
Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects by welcoming them into the branch, guiding them through digital options, and conducting consultative conversations to identify needs for personal banking and investment solutions. Reviews customer profiles to address everyday banking plans and credit card requirements while collaborating with partners to grow relationships beyond personal banking. Executes transaction-based needs seamlessly, manages operational activities including inventory and escalated service requests, and probes for marketing promotion integration. Follows risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets, reports suspicious activity patterns, and analyzes issues to determine next steps or escalate as required. Maintains current knowledge of products and regulatory environments to provide strategic advice and contribute to branch business results and overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
- Canada only
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles
- Drive to deliver a personal customer experience
- Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions
