Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service at the Vancouver BMO branch, guiding customers through financial solutions and digital/self-serve options. Proactively identify customer needs, conduct needs-based conversations, and provide personal banking and investment guidance. Collaborate with branch and market partners to drive referrals, enhance the customer experience, and meet branch business objectives. Welcome customers in the lobby, assist with banking channels, and contribute to risk/compliance and operational processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal banking products and market trends, and adapt to varying schedules (including Monday-Saturday). Bilingual English and Korean is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months)
