Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and guiding them to suitable personal banking and investment solutions. Engage customers in needs-based conversations, offer guidance on available digital and self-serve options, and conduct client conversations to recommend banking channels and products (including credit cards and investment products). Collaborate across branch and with BMO partners to grow customer relationships, refer opportunities, and contribute to branch business results. Proactively review customer profiles, organize information for accurate records, and support operations (inventory management, customer applications follow-up, opening/closing activities). Maintain awareness of regulatory and risk requirements, protect customer assets, and adapt to varying schedules or multi-branch assignments. May work at multiple branches or through various channels based on market needs; risk and compliance processes should be followed to safeguard customers. Qualifications include 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification, with Canada-specific investment-products registration in progress as applicable. Salary range: $37,400 to $62,300; pay may include commissions and vary by location and role.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months) - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
