Job Summary
Conduct steady, individual contributor banking operations with clear direction and established processes. Deliver accurate account transactions and introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions while meeting sales and service goals. Provide exceptional service to a diverse audience by building rapport and assisting other departments as needed. Maintain guidelines, structure, and policies while working independently with minimal team dependence. This role offers training and coaching throughout onboarding with opportunities for advancement. Candidates must possess previous banking or cash handling experience, six months of sales experience, and bilingual skills. Flexible scheduling and a scorecard-based incentive plan are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead
- Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%)
- Must be able to work flexible scheduling as business needs allow
- Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Must complete a criminal history report prior to employment
- Must complete a global screen prior to employment
- Must complete a drug screen prior to employment
- Must complete an employment credit report prior to employment
- Must complete a driving record check prior to employment (if applicable)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
