Job Summary
Process account transactions, introduce clients to new products and digital solutions, and work toward individual and banking center sales goals. Deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines while providing support and service to a diverse audience. Assist other departments as needed, build rapport with clients and fellow associates, and maintain established policies and structures. This role requires a steady, even pace with clear direction and established processes. Candidates must possess previous banking or cash handling experience, six months of demonstrated sales experience, and bilingual language skills. Flexible scheduling allows for overtime up to 5% as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead
- Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%)
- Must be able to work flexible scheduling as business needs allow
- Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Must be able to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Must be able to deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to specific guidelines
- Must be able to provide support and service to others in an environment free from competition
- Must be able to operate in a role that has clear direction with established processes and expectations
- Must be able to work as an individual contributor at a steady, even pace without a great dependence on other team members to achieve your results

Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience
