Job Summary
Deliver detailed and accurate work by processing account transactions, introducing clients to new products and digital solutions, and working toward individual and banking center sales goals. Provide support and service to a diverse audience while building rapport with clients and fellow associates in an environment free from competition. Maintain guidelines, structure, and established policies as an individual contributor operating at a steady, even pace. Complete work accurately using multiple computer systems and logical analysis to handle tasks simultaneously. This role offers training and coaching throughout onboarding with opportunities for advancement. Eligible for a scorecard-based incentive plan and a benefits package including insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Must complete a criminal history report
- Must complete a global screen
- Must complete a drug screen
- Must complete an employment credit report
- Must complete a driving record (if applicable)
- Must be able to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead
- Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
- 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience
- Bilingual language skills
- Passionate and motivated self-starter
- A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
- Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
- Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
