Job Summary
Assist customers with banking needs by offering tailored advice, helping them open accounts, and managing their finances while guiding them through Westpac's products and services. Build strong relationships to support sales and banking needs, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Thrive in a dynamic environment by meeting KPI targets and delivering exceptional customer service. No prior banking experience is required; comprehensive training and hands-on guidance will be provided to help you master products and services from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Shifts will be 21.75 hrs (Mon, Wednesday and Friday)
