Job Summary
Assist customers with banking needs by offering tailored advice, helping with account openings, and managing finances. Provide guidance on Westpac products and services while building strong relationships to support sales and banking objectives. Deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPI targets in a dynamic environment. Comprehensive training on banking products and services is provided for those without prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Shifts will be 35 hours across Monday to Friday
- Full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
