Assist customers with banking needs by opening accounts, managing finances, and providing tailored advice on Westpac products and services. Build strong relationships to support sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service across the Brisbane North Region, including travel from Hamilton to Bribie Island. Thrive in a dynamic environment with 35-hour shifts Monday to Friday, utilizing comprehensive onboarding training to master banking products and services. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Shifts will be 35 hours across Monday to Friday
- Ability to travel within the Brisbane North Region – Hamilton to Bribie Island
