Job Summary
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of Westpac’s branch network, welcoming customers and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover needs and provide tailored banking solutions. You’ll utilise product knowledge to assist customers in achieving financial goals – in-person and over the phone – and refer them to specialised Banking teams when needed. This is a full-time, branch-based role with hours across Monday to Friday, based in Robinvale, VIC.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- sales experience (ideally in customer-facing/phone-based role)
- experience working to targets
- numerical capability with cash handling
- ability to complete financial transactions accurately
- comfortable in calling customers over the phone
- willingness to learn banking procedures and technologies
- ability to thrive in a branch-based environment
