Job Summary
Personal Banking Advisor role at Westpac Melbourne CBD branch, full-time, branch-based. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, engaging in conversations to uncover needs, and providing tailored banking solutions using product knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets
- Resilience and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers
- Numerical capability with proficiency in cash handling and counting, ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy
- Energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
- Ability to excel with comprehensive training and guidance from the team
