Job Summary
Part-time Personal Banking Advisor at Westpac Cairns Shopping Centre branch. 32 hours per week across four days (8:30am–4:45pm). Welcomes customers, engages in conversations to uncover needs, and provides tailored banking solutions, in-person and over the phone, with referrals to specialised Banking teams when needed. Requires customer service and sales experience, ability to work to targets, resilience, cash handling and numerical accuracy, an energetic personality, and a willingness to learn banking procedures and technologies. Training and team support provided.
