Job Summary
Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions for both personal and business banking. Open new accounts, onboard relationships, originate loans and lines, and refer to partners to meet additional needs. Make out-of-office business development calls to businesses, community organizations, and referral sources. Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations. Requires high school diploma, good math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $20.19 to $28.03 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or approved equivalent
- Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI and Outlook
- Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills
- Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills and superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate how to use automated technology to teach clients self-service skills
- Must have valid driver's license, satisfactory transportation, and adequate insurance coverage
- Prior banking experience, including familiarity with lending, previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relation
- Must be kind
- Must adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations
