Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through proactive, personalized service. Open and service consumer deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services, such as loans, digital banking tools, and credit solutions. Process customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. Support branch goals through referrals, cross-selling, and teamwork. This role blends personalized customer service with sales, operational accuracy, and community engagement at the Stevenson location in Springfield, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Associate or bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of prior experience in retail banking, financial services, sales, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
