Job Summary
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales, outbound calling, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and leveraging ecosystem partnerships to grow share of wallet. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every interaction to position solutions, mitigate problems, and drive loyalty while adhering to all policies and risk management procedures. Participate in daily branch operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion. This role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in banking. Base salary ranges from $45,375 to $75,625.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or equivalent degree
- 3+ years experience
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
