Job Summary
Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashier's checks while balancing daily cash totals and auditing ATMs. Open new memberships, interview members for product needs, and cross-sell services. Originate and fund unsecured loans, perform follow-up calls, and handle IRA contributions. Demonstrate knowledge of digital channels like mobile deposits and online banking. Support new Universal Service Representatives and maintain the cash vault. Requires standing for member-facing duties. Frontwave Credit Union serves 125,000 members across San Diego and Riverside counties with a focus on progressive technology application.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year financial institution experience in a Teller or similar role with an emphasis on accurate cash handling
- Demonstrates the ability to be flexible and prioritize workflow
- Member facing positions at our all branches may require standing
- Balances, fills, audits ATM/CDM/Recycler as needed
- Maintains cash vault
- Instant issues debit cards
