Personal Banker - Universal

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, delivering a full PNC conversation with every interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow customer share of wallet and drive new revenue. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools while applying product knowledge to solve problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
