Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales interactions, and lobby engagement. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions, while applying product knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion. Full-time role based in Castle Rock, CO, with a base salary of $45,375–$75,625.
